I have been wanting to capture a good photo of this art deco terraced promenade which lines the seafront below the Plymouth Hoe for a long time - and on this calm, beautiful spring evening, I finally have an ideal opportunity. The boat moored in the bay provided a fantastic focal point - and then I I had to do was to wait for the evening light to drop so that the sunset tones balanced with the lights of the promenade.
